Michel Yuzik
Michel is an instructor in the Salsa and Bachata Departments at Viva Dance Studio. Before teaching at Viva, Michel joined the Case Salsa Club in 2016 and later served as Secretary in 2017 and President from 2018-2019, where he helped grow the club from ~10 to over 60 active members. In addition to being a co-director and choreographer for the On 1 and On 2 Salsa teams at Case, Michel also performs both nationally and internationally with Viva Dance Studio’s performance team, Saoco de Mambo.
Nancy Xu
Before becoming a professional Salsa and Bachata instructor at Viva Dance Studio and performer on Viva’s Saoco de Mambo team, Nancy served as Secretary and President of the Case Salsa Club from 2019 to 2022. In addition to leading the transition to online lessons through the COVID-19 pandemic and spearheading the return of in-person lessons, Nancy also created, co-directed, and choreographed the clubs On 1, On 2, and Shines performance teams!
